At Theia Vision Care, our goal is to delight our staff, patients and guests. We focus on doing good, providing the highest level staff and guest experience and having fun. We love all things in eye care, health and beauty. Theia is the Greek goddess of sight, light and possesses considerable beauty. She also bestows gold, silver and gems with their radiance. We believe everyone’s radiance should shine. We aim to showcase your shine with healthy, comfortable eyes, overall health, and a beautiful outlook. Specifically, we provide integrative and preventative eye care. Because we bypass third parties such as vision plans and insurance we are able to pass the saving on to you. Specifically, our mark up on services and products is less and we invest a large amount of our time and budget in the community, sponsoring local events and even providing FREE pediatric eye exams to children who have never had an eye exam, up to age 18 years old. We sell stunning glasses and sunglasses in our boutique, both prescription and non-prescription. We feauture independent brands you cannot find at the mall, from American made NW77th, to Vuarnet sunglasses to custom Tom Davies and Silhouetter and even a 3-D printed glasses line called Monoqool. We have an amazing selection of frames that also includes classics that you know and love such as Ray Ban and Kate Spade.
We are a family business. We live and work in Hartland, part of the Lake Country area. You may notice Dr. Koeck’s husband Josh stopping by with their 2 year old son Maks who knows how important and fun it is to be rocking out sunglasses. Protecting the health of your children’s eyes is vital. The 6 year old Chief Security Officer of the family, Old English Sheepdog Bailey also likes to make sure everything is in good shape and share a tail wag and some sniffs. We understand how important family time is and strive to have the lowest possible wait time for you. We also believe that care begins with our patient’s needs and concerns. Therefore, our goal is to never rush an exam and to address all of your eye care concerns. Our wait times are minimized so that your time with the doctor is optimized. Because this is a family business we believe in treating each other and you like family. We do not have technicians to outsource any part of the exam. The whole entire exam is performed by the doctor! Ask us how our model of direct care and Theia Concierge Care can save you time, money and provide the best eye health and vision services for you. In fact, you do not need an exam to come see us. Feel free to simply come in and tell us about your day or that new puppy or how your son was accepted into UW-Madison last week. We are super excited about the privilege to learn about you, your life and your family. With locally made Charlie’s Caramels and comfy chairs we welcome everyone to stop by.
