• Board of Directors

  • The board of directors serve as the visionaries and policy makers for the Pewaukee Chamber of Commerce. Board members share in the responsibility to ensure that the Chamber supports its member businesses while promoting the Chamber’s mission within the community. The board of directors meets monthly.

    Functions of the board of directors include:

    • Determining the board’s mission and purpose
    • Hiring and evaluating the performance of the Chamber president
    • Monitoring and strengthening the Chamber’s programs and services
    • Overseeing the Chamber’s finances
    • Recruiting new board members
    • Ensuring the Chamber complies with all legal and ethical standards
    • Garnering support for the Chamber from within the community

  • Lisa Oman
    Johnson Bank

  • Lisa moved to the area ten years ago and joined the Chamber as a way to give back to the community she works and lives in. Lisa believes that the Chamber is a great way to promote your business and the Pewaukee area and is excited to see our community thrive. Besides working as the branch manager for Johnson Bank, Lisa enjoys traveling, reading and boating on Pewaukee Lake in her free time.


  • Seth Kuehnel
    Wegner CPAs

  • Seth Kuehnel is a manager in Wegner CPAs’ Tax and Business Services Department in Milwaukee. Seth joined Wegner CPAs in 2016 and has over six years of public accounting experience.  He has worked with a number of individual and business clients providing them with a variety of tax and accounting services. Seth annually attends educational seminars to continue his professional development.


  • Aaron Frank
    Waukesha State Bank

  • Aaron works as Branch Manager at Waukesha State Bank in Pewaukee, a long-standing Chamber member.  He became a Pewaukee Chamber board member with the desire to assist local businesses and organizations succeed which in turn will help sustain a thriving Pewaukee community. Having lived in Wisconsin his entire life, he enjoys all things outdoors including hunting, fishing, camping and of course, watching the Packers!


  • Janella VanRens
    TLX Technologies, LLC

  • Janella serves as the Marketing Communications Manager for TLX Technologies, a custom solenoid and valve manufacturer for the automotive, fire protection and industrial markets.  Janella joined the Chamber Board four years ago, with a desire to get involved in the community where she works.  Being part of the Pewaukee Chamber is a great way to not only promote your business but to be part of a local, supportive network of businesses as well.


  • Dan Chanen


  • Dan Chanen has over fifteen years of legal and human resources leadership experience. He provides both private and public-sector employers with pro-active representation and advice involving labor, employment and corporate governance issues. Dan welcomes the opportunity to work with the Chamber to support our community by helping to develop a strong network of local businesses. 


  • Sue Seegert
    Kirkland Crossings

  • Sue Seegert is the Campus Administrator at Kirkland Crossings in Pewaukee.  Kirkland Crossings is a non-profit retirement community and part of Presbyterian Homes & Services with locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa.  Sue joined Kirkland Crossings in August of 2013 and has over 30 years of experience in the long-term and acute care industry.  Sue is actively involved in her church,  the Pewaukee Dementia Friendly Community Initiative, and serves on the LeadingAge Wisconsin Board of Directors. Sue is excited to be a part of the Chamber and the opportunity to get to know more of the businesses in Pewaukee.  


  • Danielle Bosanec
    Pewaukee School District

  • Danielle Bosanec has served the Pewaukee School District for 14 years as a teacher, school administrator, and currently as Chief Academic Officer.  Danielle's passion in education lies in developing a personalized learning environment for every child and staff member.  Some of Danielle's work in the Pewaukee School District includes innovative program development, personalized professional development, and K-12 standards-based grading implementation.


  • Wendy Bitter
    Ellenbecker Investment Group

  • Wendy has been with Ellenbecker Investment Group (EIG) as the Director of Marketing since January 2015. She oversees the marketing strategy for EIG and maintains the strong brand presence in our surrounding communities. Wendy has more than fifteen years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining EIG, Wendy spent four years at BMO Global Asset Management and eleven years at Robert W. Baird. Wendy also serves as a board member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) – Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter.
