    Award Categories
    Please check the corresponding box for the award that you are nominating an individual or business for:
    Person of the Year (Open to anyone in the Pewaukee community)
    Person of the Year: An individual who demonstrates a passion for the Pewaukee Community which is evidenced by dedication of time, talent or treasure toward the accomplishment of projects that make Pewaukee a better place to live, work and play. Exhibits a positive attitude, outstanding leadership and volunteer efforts that have direct impact on the Pewaukee Community.
    Volunteer of the Year (Open to anyone who volunteers in the Pewaukee community)
    Volunteer of the Year: An individual who unselfishly donates their time and talents outside of their paid job position or business directive in serving the Pewaukee Community.
    Educator of the Year (Pewaukee Area Schools, Chamber member in good standing)
    Choose one per school. Nominee must be well-respected by their peers and students. Tangible evidence of "above & beyond" dedication to their students.
    Non-Profit of the Year (Chamber members in good standing)
    Nominee must demonstrate evidence of passion and servitude of the cause in addition to showing excellence in bringing visibility to the mission of the non-profit.
    Business of the Year (Chamber member in good standing)
    Nominee must show evident desire to provide excellent product or service of high quality (describe product/service and why it is a quality product/service. You may support with customer comments and/or letters of recommendation as to why this product/service is of the highest quality.) Show evidence of business strategies that have taken your business to the next level (i.e. growth in finances, customer base, production, customer service, strategy/goals, etc.) Examples of community involvement and employee advocacy and/or recognition programs. ****This detail may be submitted via email to becky@pewaukeechamber.org.
    Manufacturer of the Year (Chamber member in good standing)
    Nominee must have at least one manufacturing facility in the Pewaukee area and all others within the United States. Must show evidence of continued innovation in their field. Must demonstrate evident passion to provide product and service excellence. Please provide examples of community involvement, employee advocacy and/or recognition programs. ****This detail may be submitted via email to becky@pewaukeechamber.org.
    Entrepreneur of the Year (Chamber member in good standing)
    Nominee must be a new business (less than 2 years in business). Site examples of unique business strategy, niche in marketplace or other criteria that sets you apart from other new businesses. Provide examples of community involvement. ****This detail may be submitted via email to becky@pewaukeechamber.org.
    Employee of the Year (Chamber member in good standing)
    Chamber members may nominate one employee from their organization that they would like to acknowledge publicly for their outstanding job performance and team spirit. Nominee should also demonstrate leadership and is well respected among peers/colleagues.
    Please upload a separate explanation on why you are nominating the individual or organization. Based on the criteria stated above, please give detailed evidence or anecdotal stories for recognizing the individual or organization.
